(**) You must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (Enrolment document, Valid student card, etc) at most one week after the registration to: norbert.seyff@fhnw.ch.

(***) Members of SI-SE are eligible for a 20% discount on the Industry & Education and Training Day (without Conference dinner & City Tour). To receive this discounted ticket, please send an email to marcela.ruiz@zhaw.ch and norbert.seyff@fhnw.ch. Include the following information: your proof of SI-SE membership, first and last name, full mailing address, country, and company name.

Registration policy

Every Research Track Paper must have at least one paid FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration before February 19th, 2024 (*)
Every Posters and Tools Paper must have at least one FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration until March 8th, 2024 (*)
Every Education and Training paper and/or presentation must have at least one FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration until March 8th, 2024 (*)
Every workshop paper must have at least one paid FULL (either REGULAR or STUDENT) or WORKSHOP registration until March 8th, 2024 (*)
Every Doctoral Symposium paper must have at least one paid FULL STUDENT or WORKSHOP registration until March 8th, 2024 (*)

(*) A FULL REGULAR registration covers one paper presentation in the main conference (Research Track, Posters and Tools, Education and Training) and one workshop paper. Additional workshop papers must be covered by a separate registration.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you must cancel the registration before March 1st, 2024, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper, you will receive 80% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the Organization Co-Chairs (marcela.ruiz@zhaw.ch; norbert.seyff@fhnw.ch).

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
