Industry TrackREFSQ 2024
As customary in the REFSQ conference series, REFSQ’24 offers an Industry Track. You will have the chance to meet inspiring speakers from the forefront of the industry that will take you on an informative and motivating journey of RE practices through various disciplines.
The Industry Track has been designed to cover RE experiences in different industries, considering the variability of software engineering projects concerning technologies and latitudes. The REFSQ’24 Industry Track will feature, among many other topics, the special theme of the conference “Out of the Lab, into the Wild” by making a strong emphasis on bringing academic results to practice. The discussions and talks will address relevant challenges to industry environments, studies that clearly demonstrate the impact of research artefacts to solve industry needs, and vision talks elucidating the next developments in the area. The industry day will host a Keynote speaker from Industry, a series of talks, lunch, and coffee break sessions to facilitate networking and exchange of ideas. The full program and speakers will be announced soon.
The REFSQ 2024 Industry Track is co-organized and supported by SI-SE, the Special Interest Group on Software Engineering of the Swiss Informatics Society. SI-SE members can register for the Industry Track at a discounted rate. All talks are by invitation only. People who would like to contribute a talk may contact the track co-chairs.
