REFSQ 2024
Mon 8 - Thu 11 April 2024 Winterthur, Switzerland
Wed 10 Apr 2024 11:45 - 12:30 at Blauer Saal - Agility (I1) Chair(s): Martin Glinz, Rainer Grau

We share our story and tell how Switzerland’s oldest private insurance company is continuously increasing its business agility. Interdisciplinary teams design digital insurance products and their digital and hybrid customer experience chain (customer journey), focusing on running software directly on the customer experience. The teams can act autonomously and have team skills in product management, offer development, digital customer experience, user interaction and usability. A clear technological architecture (platform approach) and standardized development processes around requirements elicitation help to separate the design of the individual customer experience from the platform development and thus enable feedback in a short time for decisions in the development of an insurance product. Necessary adjustments can be aligned with the current needs of customers in a short time to market.
